About Us
Who We Are |
We are a strong partnership with NGO Marine Conservation Society Seychelles and local businesses located on Cerf Island within the St. Anne's Marine Park.
|
Our History |
St. Anne's Marine Park has been subject to many disturbances over the years including the 1998 and 2016 bleaching events, the 2004 tsunami, coastal development, land reclamation and polluting run offs from the Port. Anthropogenic disturbance (high speed boating, anchoring on reefs, irresponsible snorkeling, and littering) continue to threaten the fragile ecosystem. Together, we aim to protect our reefs, mitigate erosion consequences, as well as increase the knowledge of our terrestrial biodiversity through education and raising awareness to all visitors and inhabitants of the St. Anne's Marine National Park.
